This Telegram-based inventory management bot transforms how small businesses track and manage their stock levels, providing a frictionless interface where warehouse staff and managers can check inventory, log new stock arrivals, record items taken out, and receive automatic alerts when any product drops below its configured minimum threshold. Built with Python and the Telegram Bot API with Firebase for data persistence, the bot supports barcode scanning via camera for quick item lookup, generates detailed stock reports on demand showing current quantities, movement history, and consumption rates, and can send automated reorder notifications to suppliers when restocking is needed. The conversational Telegram interface eliminates the learning curve of traditional inventory software — workers simply type or send voice commands to interact with the system.
