Omar M. Etman provides software development services including web development, mobile apps, AI solutions, Telegram bots, and consulting. Service details, pricing, and timelines are discussed and agreed upon before project commencement.
Submitting a service request does not guarantee acceptance. All projects are subject to availability and mutual agreement on scope, timeline, and pricing before work begins.
Payment terms are agreed upon before project commencement. Typically, a deposit is required upfront with the balance due upon delivery. Payment methods include bank transfer and approved payment gateways.
Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of the final deliverables. Omar M. Etman retains the right to showcase the work in his portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Standard projects include up to 3 rounds of revisions. Additional revisions may incur extra charges as agreed upon before work begins.
Timelines are estimates and may be affected by scope changes, delayed feedback, or force majeure events. Both parties agree to maintain communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the course of the project.
Omar M. Etman shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.
Services are provided "as is" with professional diligence. A 30-day warranty period covers bugs in delivered code. Issues outside this scope may incur additional charges.
Either party may cancel with written notice. Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced. Work completed up to the cancellation point will be invoiced.
These terms are governed by the laws of Egypt. Any disputes shall be resolved through mutual agreement or in the courts of Mansoura, Egypt.
