Built with React and Node.js backed by MongoDB, the system features a customizable ticketing engine with multiple pricing tiers, promo codes, and group discounts, a venue management module for floor plans and capacity tracking, a drag-and-drop schedule builder for session planning, and real-time dashboards showing ticket sales velocity, check-in rates, and revenue projections. Attendees receive digital tickets with QR codes for seamless entry, and post-event surveys are automatically sent to gather feedback that feeds back into the analytics pipeline.
