This multi-provider appointment booking system is designed for clinics and service centers that manage schedules across multiple practitioners, enabling patients or clients to browse available time slots by provider, specialty, or location — and book appointments in just a few taps. Built with React and Node.js backed by MongoDB, the platform features a real-time calendar view that prevents double-booking, automated SMS and email reminders that reduce no-shows, a patient management module that stores visit history and notes, and integrated video consultation support for telehealth appointments. Each provider has a dedicated dashboard showing their daily schedule, patient details, and upcoming appointments, while the admin panel provides overview analytics across all providers and services.
